Brethren,

I hope this message finds you all well and in good spirits.

As we approach the month of April, I would like to invite you to our upcoming lodge meetings. Once again these meetings are an excellent opportunity for us to come together in fellowship and strengthen the bonds that unite us as Masons. We have a nice speaker planned and I encourage all who are able to attend. Please see the attached meeting notice for all of the details.

There are also many events that I want to make sure you are aware of:

First: The scholarship applications have gone out. At our June Stated Meeting we will be presenting the awards/checks.
Second: From April 24th – 26th there are several events the Grand Lodge of PA is hosting and organizing. An email has gone out about this but if you didn’t get it, please let me know.
Third: Lodge No. 91 is hosting a private tour of Independence Hall. Attached is the flier and details if you want to attend. As of today they have some openings.
Fourth: On April 13th (Monday) University Lodge, ( Phila. Temple, Lodge room to be determined ) for the conferring of the 3rd Degree by the RWGM’s, on the Director of Independence Hall. Be ready to enter Lodge by 7:00pm, gavel to drop at 7:30. Dinner in the Grand Banquet Hall to follow. This is completely optional.
Fifth: On April 16th (Thursday) Williamson Corinthian Lodge No.368 (Phila Temple, Egyptian Hall),District C Visitation. Program is a presentation of a 70 Year Service Emblem by the RWGM and Grand Lodge Party. This will be an Open Lodge with significant others invited. Dinner in the lower banquet room to start approximately 5:30, Pictures with Officers in Regalia approximately 6:30-6:45. Gavel to drop at 7:00, guests to enter approximately 7:20. This is also a District Visitation Night.
Sixth: Help for our Hero’s Military Baby Shower, June 27th (Saturday), LuLu Shrine. Arrival approximately 10:00 am, moms to start arriving 11:00. Open to family and friends, Masons wear Masonic shirt (pullover) if available. Head count to Bro. Bob Smoose, smoose.robert@gmail.com by June 19th.
Lastly: Grand Lodge Quarterly Communication, June 6th Scranton Pa. Will follow up with details.

Also, keep in mind we have a lot of candidates in the queue and we need all of the participation that we can get, so please make every effort to attend the Extra Meetings.
