Morning Brethren:
We will be having our November Instruction Meeting on Monday, November 11th with dinner beginning at 6 and the meeting following at 7. The WM would like to take this opportunity to have the presumptive WM for 2020 and his line begin rehearsing work for their upcoming year. This is also an opportunity for our recommenders to bring their candidates to instruction to prepare them for the next step in their initiation journey. It is important we have a minimum number for dinner so please advise if you are unable to attend. Dinner will be at 6p in the Lower Banquet Hall.
Speaking of presumptive Officers for 2020, this Thursday, Br. Kyle Schwirian will be attending school at Prospect Park to sit for his certification in Business of the Lodge as well as Opening and Closing Charges. We wish him all the best as he pursues his first Certification!
More Brethren in the news! If you’re on our FB Page, did you see Br. Doug Carlson’s post about his recent trip to his Grandfather’s Lodge in Mass? Go and check it out, very inspiring story about the amazing way Doug was treated and recognized during an important Stated Meeting. Glad you had a great experience, Br. Doug!
Our Stated Meeting in November will be on Wednesday the 13th with dinner beginning at 6p in the lower banquet hall.
We are slated to have an Extra Meeting on Monday, November 18th. This will NOT be a late evening as we only have 1 FC Degree on the Trestle Board, so hopefully you can attend and support Br. LePre as he continues on his Masonic journey. Dinner again will be at 6pm.
Just throwing out reminders about the Holiday Party on 12/15 and the Grand Master’s Installation and Banquet on 12/27. Tickets are moving for both events so let me know, in writing, soon, if you wish to attend.
Dues payments are coming in on a steady pace. Again, no urgent rush as it’s still only October, but if you can and want to get that payment out of the way.. go for it! Many Brethren are utilizing the online system through GL to pay dues and are finding it fast, easy and convenient. So, if you need help getting into your account, just shoot me a reply email and I’ll get you set up in no time. Dues cards for 2020 will go out by 12/1 at the latest.
Have a great week Brethren!
Frats- Jim
