Morning Brethren:
I was having a conversation with Br. Joe Fletcher a little bit ago (before his fabulous trip to the Bahamas.. not jealous!!) and we were chatting about everything going on with the Lodge right now and the word that came up to describe everything was “overwhelming”.. mind you overwhelming in a good sense because there’s certainly a lot of great things happening right now from all of the excursions we have planned, to the great Stated Meeting we have in store in March and subsequent amazing speakers and programs we have lined up for the year, to the amazing work being done by our Officers, to the outreach work we having coming up with Blood Drives, etc.. sorry for the run on lol! Just when you thought it couldn’t get better, we now have a special surprise in store for our Stated Meeting on March 13th. It’s so awesome, we want it to be a big surprise so you are just going to have to come out to experience.
So, just in case you haven’t been bombarded enough with dates and fliers, let’s recap some upcoming highlights on our calendar..
March 11th- Instruction Meeting.. Dinner will be 5:45p at the Marriott and we will start the instruction at 7 at the Temple- we are mainly going over mechanics and protocol for the Stated Meeting.
March 13th- Stated Meeting- 145th Anniversary Meeting with a visit from our DDGM, Br. Samuel Freeman. We will be presenting significant Birthday Service Awards as well as Masonic Bibles to several Brethren and don’t forget about the Special surprise!!
NO EXTRA MEETING THIS MONTH!
April 10th- Stated Meeting w/ Ill. Br. Thomas R. Labagh, Active Member AASR for PA as our guest speaker.
April 14th- Palm Sunday Service at the Masonic Village at Lafayette Hill (brunch 1pm- Service 2:30p)
April 27th- Bus Trip to Alexandria and Mt. Vernon
May 22nd- Blood Drive- 2p – 8p South Media Fire House 535 Washington Ave, Media, PA
September 13 -15- 66th International Gathering, Northumberland, England.

If you are an Eagle Scout and wish to order the new Masonic Eagle Scout pin, they are currently on back order due to demand, but should be available in about a month. Get your order form and check in to be placed on the waiting list. Contact me for details.
Wow.. all of this and the Phillies picked up Bryce Harper!!
